Established in 1990, Luxus is a Portuguese company that operates
exclusively within the tourism and Real Estate luxury
segment.
Since day one, the excellence and quality of Luxus's products and
services leveraged the company to become a beacon of its market.
Twenty years after its foundation its reputation still remains the
same.
In the beginning of the 90s, Luxus sold 1.000,000,00 m² of Quinta
da Beloura, Sintra, to the producer Somalfa.
In 1997 it ventured in the commercialization of the Parque Expo,
that even in nowadays remains one of the most important areas of an
architecture and urban redevelopment of Lisbon's oriental side.
Luxus was responsible for the sale of 150.000m² of its land.
In 1998 it wins the commercial rights to the luxury condominium,
Quinta do Patino in Estoril that is considered, by many
specialists, the most exclusive of the Portuguese condominiums.
This business venture was a success.
Also in the same year, Luxus began a partnership with the Corcoran
Group (world real estate association of brokers) and due to this
association, started the first connections with Álvaro Coelho da
Fonseca, Chairman of the Brazilian company, Coelho da
Fonseca.
In the late 90s, Luxus was chosen to locate the settings for a
number of different national and international prestigious fashion
brands.
- Max Mara and Caja Madrid in Lisbon, 1999
- David Rosas in Lisbon, 2000
- Louis Vuitton, Lisbon, 2004
2003 was the year that Luxus, with a newly established partnership
with the Coelho da Fonseca group, entered the highly competitive
and demanding Brazilian luxury Real estate market. Two years later,
2005, the bond between the two companies was still strengthening,
this time resulting in a new alliance with Coelho da Fonseca
Private Brokers - specialized in the Real Estate segment A and A+
in Brazil.
After the success of the commercialization of Quinta do Patino
(1998), Luxus was invited, in 2007, to lead the sale of the Quinta
do Patino Palace. This was considered the most emblematic business
of the Portuguese Real Estate Market.
In that same year of 2007, Luxus was invited to commercialize
another luxury condominium, one that, due to its challenging
originality and exceptional quality, buzzed the global news - The
Palm Island, Dubai.
Being a solid player, with strong reputation in both domestic and
foreign markets, and as a reference of quality Real Estate brokers,
in the year of 2009, Luxus became a partner of the Luxury Real
Estate. It now belongs to an exclusive group of 1600 Luxury Real
Estate Brokers that commercialize some of the best estates
worldwide.
In 2010 Luxus ventures again with the Quinta do Patino business,
this time invited by its family. Luxus was responsible for the
listing, in the global luxury market, of Madame Beatrice
Patino's - widow of multimillionar Antenor Patino - property in
Estoril that was built after the sale of the Quinta in 1998 and
that since then, was the residence of Madame Beatrice Patino in
Portugal.
